Payments

Payment transactions are verified through the configured payment provider. The website records the transaction information needed to update the customer balance or complete an order.

Email notifications

When enabled, the platform may send account, login, payment, hosting, renewal, expiry and support-ticket notifications to the email address associated with the customer account.

Security

Passwords are stored using password hashing. Customers should keep their own login credentials private and contact support if they believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

Support records

Ticket messages are retained as part of the customer support history so both the customer and the RXHost support team can follow the conversation.
