Terms of Service

These terms describe the general rules for using RXHost accounts and hosting services. Package-specific limits, prices and resources are those displayed at the time of purchase.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.

Orders and payments

Hosting orders are processed using the payment methods available on the checkout page. Wallet payments use the account balance. Online payments are verified before the corresponding order or balance credit is completed.

Renewals and service status

Hosting services have renewal dates shown in the client area. Services may be suspended after the due date. A successful renewal extends the service period according to the configured billing cycle and eligible suspended services are queued for reactivation.

Acceptable use

Customers must not use hosting services for unlawful activity, abuse, malicious software distribution, attacks, unauthorized access, spam or activity that materially harms the server or other users.

Support

Support requests should be submitted through the ticket system so the request and replies remain attached to the customer account.

Changes

Service pricing, package resources or these terms may be updated when necessary. Existing service information in the client area remains the reference for an active order.
